Stay With Yourself Pad

Chronic Illness Mindfulness & Emotional Grounding Tool • A5 Tear‑Off Notepad.

When you live with chronic illness, it can be easy to disconnect from yourself — to push through, dissociate from pain, or lose touch with your own needs amid the noise of managing a complex condition. The Stay With Yourself Pad™ offers a calm, structured space to pause, check in gently, and return to yourself with curiosity and compassion rather than judgement.

Designed for people living with chronic illness, chronic pain, fatigue conditions, autoimmune conditions, long COVID, dysautonomia, and fluctuating health, this tool supports the quiet work of staying present with your experience — even when that experience is hard. It helps you move from disconnection and overwhelm into a softer, more grounded awareness of what you're feeling, what you need, and what might help.
